Did Gwen Stefani get a Nose Job? It's definitely debatable.  We've all seen earlier pictures of Gwen and she may look different, but I wouldn't necessarily say it was the result of plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery.  Remember she used to live at her mom's house even after No Doubt made it big.  She was practically a kid, so it's hard to say.  If she had a nose job or breast implants, they look great.
