Come on, Jim Carrey Getting Lip Collagen, it's Hard to Believe In 2003 a rumor mill started churning out info about how Jim Carrey had plastic surgery after appearing on the cover of a popular magazine.  His lips had a Angelina Jolie lip collagen like look.  Look at the size of his collagen injected lips in the black and white photo above.  I would personally like to believe that he didn't need to get any lip collagen, but what do I matter, he does indeed look great in that photo.
