Pamela Has Some Serious Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants!) Pamela Anderson's breasts are most definitely augmented, which is a very nice way of saying she's had breast implants, and probably more then once. I think her breast implants have changed sizes a few times, mostly getting bigger and bigger. No one is complaining, well no guys anyway, since Pamela Anderson's breast implants look great to the average  male, in fact most men don't know how to tell the difference between all natural breasts, and breast implants.  The biggest giveaway is that augmented breasts don't sag at all, even without a bra, and look as if they are more rounded and perfectly proportionate.  Pamela Anderson is a known advocate for breast implants, she chided the FDA saying they should allow silicone breast implants to be used once more, and now it's official silicone is now being used in breast implants again.
